“Share My Trip" Giveaway — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The "Share My Trip" Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Ascend Consulting Group, Utah ("Sponsor"). This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, or Instagram.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry [and who completed travel booked through Sponsor or its affiliates between 6/1/2026 and 6/30/2026. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, vendors, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time on 6/1/2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time on 6/30/2026 (the "Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

To enter, complete the "Share My Trip" submission form during the Entry Period, including: (a) your name and email address; (b) a brief written description of your trip experience; (c) at least one photo from your trip; and (d) checking the box indicating you wish to be entered in the drawing.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per household. Entries generated by script, bot, or other automated means are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind.

Granting Sponsor permission to use your photo or story in marketing is optional and is not required to enter or win.

5. Photo and Content Requirements

By submitting a photo and written description (collectively, the "Submission"), you represent and warrant that: (a) you took the photo or otherwise own all rights to it; (b) every person appearing in the photo has consented to its submission (and, for any minor pictured, you are the parent/legal guardian or have the consent of the parent/legal guardian); (c) the Submission is your original work and does not infringe the rights of any third party; and (d) the Submission contains no unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Submission that does not meet these requirements.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $100 Visa gift card. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $100. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winner is solely responsible for any taxes and for any fees or expiration terms associated with the gift card as set by its issuer.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about 7/1/2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided at entry within [3] business days of the drawing and must respond within [7] days of notification. If a potential winner does not respond within that period, is ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The prize will be delivered by email within [30] days of winner confirmation.

8. Permission to Use Submissions (Optional)

If, and only if, you checked the optional permission box on the entry form, you grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your Submission, together with your first name and last initial, in Sponsor's marketing materials, including its social media pages and website, without further compensation, notice, or approval. You may revoke this permission for future uses at any time by emailing [contact email]. Declining or revoking permission does not affect your entry or odds of winning.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's first name and last initial for Giveaway administration and winner announcement purposes without additional compensation.

10. Privacy

Information submitted with an entry is collected and used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at Ascendvacationgroup.com. Entry information will not be sold to third parties.

11. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs its integrity, and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

12. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, as well as Meta Platforms, Inc., from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of the prize. In no event will Sponsor's liability exceed the ARV of the prize.

13. Disputes and Governing Law

These Official Rules and the Giveaway are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.

14. Winner's Name

To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Sponsor at the address in Section 1, received within [60] days after the end of the Entry Period.
