Q: As long as I attend, will I receive the incentive offered to me?
A: Absolutely. Your time is valuable, and whether or not this opportunity is a perfect fit for you right now, we believe in compensating you for the time you’ve invested with us.
Q My spouse/significant other can’t attend at the scheduled time—what should I do?
A: We understand that schedules can change. We're happy to help you find another appointment time that works well for both of you.
Q: What if we have friends who would also like to attend?
A: That’s wonderful! Please allow us the opportunity to schedule with them directly. We’ll do our best to accommodate them at a similar time, depending on availability. They can also visit our Refer a Friend page to get started.
Q: I don’t have a babysitter. Can I bring my children?
A: Our presentations are designed exclusively for adults, so children are not able to attend. We understand this may require extra planning, and we’re happy to help reschedule your appointment for a time that works best once childcare arrangements are in place.
Q: I’m running late—what should I do?
A: If you’re running late, please contact us as soon as possible. If needed, we’ll gladly help you reschedule to a more convenient time..
