Travel Program Educator

(Part-Time / Remote)

About the Role Do you love connecting with people, presenting on camera, and talking about travel—but hate the high-pressure environment of closing sales?

Ascend Vacation Group is seeking a polished, energetic Travel Program Educator to host live virtual sessions introducing families to our vacation membership program. In this role, your only goal is education and client experience. You will meet with scheduled guests via Zoom, give them a guided tour of our travel platform, and get them excited about their benefits.

Once the guests understand how the program works, you simply introduce them to a Travel Director who takes over to handle all the pricing and enrollment details. If you have a welcoming virtual presence and love guiding structured conversations, this is a highly rewarding way to work from home!

What You’ll Do

  • Host Engaging Zoom Presentations: Conduct professional, structured virtual sessions introducing pre-scheduled guests to our vacation platform.

  • Guide the Tour: Share your screen to walk guests through the platform, highlighting key features, travel benefits, and how the program works.

  • Create a Five-Star Experience: Build instant rapport, answer general questions, and ensure guests feel comfortable, informed, and excited.

  • Execute a Seamless Handoff: At the appropriate time, smoothly transition the call to a Travel Director who will handle all financial and enrollment discussions.

  • Keep Things Organized: Document brief, accurate notes about the session in our CRM system.

Schedule Requirements

This role caters to our clients' availability, making it perfect for someone looking for a non-traditional or supplemental schedule. You will work approximately 20–25 hours per week during the following windows:

  • Tuesday – Friday: Evening availability required 

  • Saturday: Morning availability required

  • Sunday & Monday: Off

Virtual Podium Presenter

(High-Energy / Remote)

Company: Ascend Vacation Group Compensation: Competitive Per-Presentation Rate + Volume/Close-Rate Bonuses Schedule: Tuesday – Friday Evenings; Saturday Mornings Location: Remote (Requires a professional, quiet home studio setup)

About the Role Ascend Vacation Group is seeking a charismatic, high-energy Podium Presenter to lead our live Zoom showcases. As an authorized distributor for Global Discovery Vacations—one of the nation's most trusted wholesale travel networks—we show families how to travel smarter.

We don't need a lecturer; we need a performer. Your job is to take a group of qualified prospects on a 45- to 60-minute journey, shifting their mindset from "retail renters" to "wholesale owners."

What You Will Do

  • Lead the Room: Host live, group Zoom presentations (cameras on!) for 4 to 8 qualified households at a time.

  • Build the Dream: Use our proven slide deck to showcase the incredible value of wholesale travel (think Condos for $289/week, heavily discounted cruises, and premium hotels).

  • Create the Urgency: Masterfully transition the room from "Education" to "Action," teeing up our Sales Guides for the final close.

  • Maintain the Energy: Keep engagement consistently high, handle Q&A with absolute authority, and control the flow and pacing of the digital room.

Who You Are

  • A Natural Presenter: Whether your background is in stage acting, corporate training, timeshare sales, or public speaking, you know exactly how to hold an audience captive.

  • Persuasive: You understand sales psychology. You know how to anticipate and overcome objections before they are even spoken.

  • Tech-Savvy: You are entirely comfortable managing a Zoom room, screen sharing, and troubleshooting on the fly without breaking a sweat.

  • Polished: You have a highly professional, trustworthy, and dynamic on-camera presence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in public speaking, stage acting, or group sales presentations.

  • A professional home office setup including high-speed internet, a high-quality webcam, and proper lighting.

  • The ability to internalize a script, read the room, and make the presentation your own.
