Ascend Vacation Group - Virtual Presentation & Promotional Offer

Please review the following terms and conditions regarding your participation in the Ascend Vacation Group

virtual presentation and the receipt of your guaranteed 8-Day / 7-Night Vacation Certificate.

This promotion is designed to introduce travelers to the benefits of wholesale travel through Ascend

Vacation Group. Attendance at a virtual presentation is required to receive the promotional gift, but no

purchase of any travel program is necessary.

1. Eligibility Requirements

Age: Participants must be at least 25 years of age. If married or cohabitating, both partners must

attend and participate in the full presentation together.

Identification: Participants may be asked to present a valid government-issued photo ID prior to the

start of the presentation.

Resident Status: This offer is open to legal residents of the United States.

Financial: Participants should have a combined household income of at least $50,000 annually and

possess a major credit card for travel verification purposes.

2. Presentation Attendance

Format: The presentation is conducted virtually via Zoom. High-speed internet and a device with a

working camera and microphone are required.

Duration: Participants must attend the full 90-minute presentation. Late arrivals or early departures will result in disqualification from receiving the promotional certificate. Reschedules will be offered as needed.

Participation: To ensure quality, participants must remain focused and engaged for the duration of

the tour. Driving, working, or distracted environments including caring for children are not permitted during the Zoom session.

3. The Promotional Certificate (8 Days / 7 Nights)

Issuance: The vacation certificate will be issued electronically within 3-4 weeks of successful

Inclusions: The certificate provides for 7 nights of resort accommodations at selected destinations.

Exclusions: Participants are responsible for a deposit and government-imposed taxes and

fees (typically $40–$75 per person). Airfare, meals, and incidental expenses are not included unless

specifically stated otherwise in the Grand Prize Sweepstakes rules.

Redemption: Travel must be booked within 12 months of certificate activation. Most promotional travel

requires a Monday or Tuesday departure.

4. General Disclosures

This offer is void where prohibited by law. Ascend Vacation Group acts as an authorized distributor of

promotional travel. We are a registered and bonded Utah Seller of Travel (License #14267225-TLM0). Only

one promotional offer per household is permitted within any 12-month period.

5. Privacy & Consent

By registering for this presentation, you consent to be contacted by Ascend Vacation Group via phone, text,

or email regarding your appointment and future travel promotions. We value your privacy and do not sell your

personal data to third parties.
